Troy was an excellent agent who helped us sell a house within a month when we tried to sell with another agent for over half a year with no success. In the beginning, I had low hopes of whether the house could be sold at all because of the prior agent, but when Troy stepped in, he changed the game completely. Troy Smith was our realtor in late 2012 and early 2013. I had just returned from a deployment as a U.S. Marine and wanted to buy a house. He was able to walk me through all the steps to buy a house and gave me access to all the listings in a very friendly website. When I found a house I liked, he arranged the meeting and talked directly with the listing agent. There were three other offers, including a cash offer, to compete with.
